I filed for my H 1 visa less than a month back through Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, and got the petition letter approved today. The way Rajiv and his employees' handle each case is worth appreciating. Their dedication, support and professionalism, throughout the process is commendable. I can very confidently say that the pain they took to cover even the tiniest point is worth mentioning. This is the reason why they are so successful.

I applied for my Initial H1-B Extension .I was scared as the USCIS was asking too many questions abiut the project,codes and othe evidences as I also received an RFE for my case. But I really want to thank Rajiv Khanna and his staff at the non-immigrant office who was very calm and prepared a point - to -point response and also Rajiv personally reviews all the responses sent to the USCIS. So my case was approved yesterday and I really appreciate thier work.

well, what can I say than the usual? Folks at Rajiv's office must be thinking 'phew. we have recieved another one of those glorious feedbacks today. YET again. so, there you go. I'll be another guy who says you are the best. But its true aint it? You know your stuff, you are attentive, you hear our griping, whining and still say 'How can we help?' . Thats what I like the most about Rajiv's Office. After 9 years in the country, just when I started to get comfortable and thinking my status is safe, i received an RFE asking for what I call "Copy from CM and Copy from PM", which in other words, USCIS has asked for letters from everyone involved in my employment. Thank goodness, they didnt ask the now infamous 'tax returns of the company and letter fron the president'. The moment I saw my RFE, I sent an email to Rajiv with one sentence 'HELP!!'. He responded back in 5 minutes, directing his most amazing and best-at-what-she-does assistant, Anna Baker to help me. Letters followed, checks mailed, more emails and voila, we have our case ready and all the letters signed. We applied last friday (July 3rd), received the status email, and case processing has resumed the same day. On July 8th we received an email containing the magical words 'Approval Notice Sent'!! So, lets start with the mail room guys, copying room folks, all the assistants: Thanks a ton! and then Anna : Any number of thanks and best wishes wouldnt be sufficient for your hard work and diligence. and of course Rajiv: For assembling the best team, and for always being there. I STARTED MY EB2 140 CASE WORK WITH RAJIV’S OFFICE AFTER WAITING FOR 2+ YEARS ON MY CURRENT PENDING EB3 140 FILED BY ANOTHER ATTORNEY.I GOT VERY GOOD CASE WORK AND DOCUMENTS REVIEWED BY RAJIV, SUMAN AND MATHEW CHACKO IN DETAIL AND SUGGESTED FOR PORTING AND INTERFILING MY 140’S WITH PENDING 485. MATHEW WAS VERY DETAILED ABOUT REVIEWING MY EXPERIENCE DOCUMENTS AND FINDING OUT THE CHANGES REQUIRED. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE CHANGES DONE AS RECOMMENDED QUICKLY. SUMAN WAS VERY QUICK IN ASSIGNING THE CASE TO ATTORNEY AND ALSO FOR ALL EMAILS FOR ANY CLARIFICATIONS NEEDED. EVEN THE ADMIN STAFF IS QUICK TO RESPONSE WITH SHIPMENTS OR ANY NOTICES. RAJIV WAS SO HELPFUL IN REVIEWING THE CASE IN DETAILS FOR HAVING THE CASE FILING DONE IN A STRATEGIC MANNER ESPECIALLY FOR INTERFILING THE MULTIPLE 140’S I HAVE GOT APPROVED AND PENDING SO FAR. FINALLY WE GOT THE APPROVAL IN LESS THAN 35 DAYS AND I AM REALLY REALLY THANKSFUL FOR RAJIV AND HIS STAFF, ESP. MATHEW CHACKO AND SUMAN FOR THEIR GREAT HELP AND CONCERN TOWARDS THE ATTENTION GIVE TO CLIENTS.I CERTAINLY REFER ANYONE OF MY FRIENDS OR KNOWN PEOPLE TO HAVE REPRESENTATION FROM RAJIV’S LAW OFFICE FOR THEIR GC PROCESS.
