Contacted Rajivji via LinkedIn and he set up a conference almost immediately. We had a detailed discussion where he understood what we wanted to achieve and guided us accordingly. Seamless working thru the process from my original visa extension and then filing my status change GC. I was on L1-A and status change to GC. Very professional office and timely responses.

Both my L1A visa related work and my EB1C related work is done by Rajiv's Law office. My experience with them was simply awesome. They know the process well and they 1st understand the profile and about company and guide us accordingly. I think they are really a subject matter expert in this. Also I appreciate the response time, Anna worked on my L1A and Diane worked on my GC application and both were kind, pateient and prompt in responding any query. They patiently asnwered all my queries during the process. I got my GC in 2 month's time after filing and it was quick. You get personalize service during the process and which is very important since you are sure about what you are submitting to the department. Hi, I had a query about L1-A processing with a very specific challenge I was facing. I took 15 mins consultation and paid $220 but I tell you, it was REALLY WORTH it. I cannot thank enough the Law Offices of Mr. Khanna for getting me and my wife our L1-A and L2 approvals. A special thank you to Mr. Jagbir, who assisted us, guided us and was there for us the entire time. He was very patient, helpful and informative, and Mr. Khanna was always available to answer my never ending questions. I can confidently say that it is because of their hard work and dedication to this case that we got our approval. We had a very complicated case whereby our LI-A had already expired, and the extension was denied. Mr. Jagbir presented our case with updated information and new evidence, and after he responded to the RFE with a 700 page file, our case was approved. Working with Mr. Rajiv Khanna and Diane was very smooth and professional. I worked with them for L1 A visa and my experience working with them was awesome.
On one hand, while Mr. Khanna was available to personally assist whenever required, Diane on the other hand was very prompt with her communication and was even available outside the regular working hours to attend to my queries.
