USCIS Invitation to Syria TPS Teleconference and FY2012 H1-B Season

Dear Stakeholder,

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be hosting a stakeholder engagement on Thursday, March 29^th from 3-4 PM(EST) to discuss the process for filing TPS applications for Syrian Nationals and to address questions and concerns related to the TPS application process. We appreciate your assistance in helping to inform the Syrian community in the U.S. about the TPS designation and look forward to hearing your input during the engagement. Please see attached invitation for more detailed information on how to join the teleconference.

In addition, USCIS would like to announce the Fiscal Year 2013 H-1B season. Beginning April 2, 2012, USCIS will begin accepting H-1B petitions subject to the FY2013 cap. Please see attached USCIS Update for more information.
