Hi Rajiv sir, I am on an f1 visa and will enter my first year of OPT in January 2025; one of my family is planning to start a retail business supermarket in the USA. They have registered a firm, but my name is not included in the firm document; now, I am thinking of asking them to sponsor an EB5 Visa in my name; if I ask to do so, should my name be registered in the firm document? Do I need to show the funds in my account of $800,000 in order to be eligible for the visa? Please give me your valuable input, sir.
