We are delighted to share that my wife and me both got the green card in the mail.

Once again thanks a zillion times from bottom of our hearts for Rajiv and his teams support and help during this long and painful process.Initially our case was handled by various other team members but lately our case was assigned to Mathew and Rita.I would like to sincerely thank Mathew,Rita and Pramita (our earlier case manager) for their support and help.All the team members were professional, courteous,prompt,patiently answered all our questions and helpful which makes ton of a difference.We didn't get an even single RFE.

Our case was filed in August 2004 in EB2 category.Later it was transferred to Dallas BackLog Center.After 3 years in 2007 our first stage(Labor) was approved and just in time for July'07 fiasco filing.Rajiv asked us to be prepare with all the documentation for 140&485 concurrent filing during turmoil period.There was lot of uncertainty, chaos due to July/August 2007 Visa Bulletin.During that crisis time Rajiv and his team not only guided us very well but also came up with an innovative idea of opening up a new web site exclusively for their customers to share the information and to answers all our concerns. Rajiv and his team is very particular and prompt in answering all the questions via above mentioned web site.It provided lot of update and information about how the team was handling such crisis situations and also helped us better understanding the BIG picture.

My husband and I got our green card approved this month. It was a long and tedious journey but I always felt confident about having Rajiv Khanna on my side. Finally me and my wife received our greencard after 5.5 years.
I would like to thank you Rajiv & his team in helping me to achieve permanent status. Rajiv and his firm really helped me getting my greencard, at one point my I-140 is on verge of denial status, Rajiv and his firm helped me out this situation. Once again I would like to thank Rajiv.

The GC process is unnerving, tedious and complicated. Choosing you as my lawyer gave me peace of mind and confidence that I will be able to file in time - I filed my labor only in mid-July, but was still able to file 140 and 485 concurrently well within time.

We got our GC approved on June 5th, 2007 and the cards were received within a week. The journey was long with several roadblocks. The expertise of Mathew Chacko did the trick. His commitment to excellence and above par communication always made me feel at ease. I knew a professional is handling the case. The fee was so reasonable. Our earlier attorneys were more interested in prepayments than service. Mathew's knowledge and expertise on immigration matters is remarkable. I would strongly recommend the services of this firm.

My wife and I got the I-485 approval email notice in June 2007. We filed the I-485 in April 2007. The LC was done by another law firm and I switched to Rajiv and filled the I-140 and I-485. The I-140 was approved in one week under Premium Processing and I-485 was approved in less than 3 months. I told our company HR to switch to Rajiv S. Khanna and we are processing our employee’s H1B and GC through Rajiv. During the GC process, our company was sold and Rajiv and Mathew helped to resolve this issue, rather than starting the GC process from scratch. Mostly I dealt with Prerna Mehta and Mathew Chacko. Both provide me excellent help and support during the process. I dealt with Rita Dhakal for a short period of time and she helped me in great deal. Mathew called me on my cell phone to answer my questions, and he was polite, fast and correct. Also, I praise Prerna for checking my documents and forms thoroughly (I did not get any RFE) and providing correction/feed back immediately. I found the Rajiv’s immigration forum would be one of the best places for gaining more knowledge, and I would recommend every one to read and learn more.
