I thought everything was handled so nicely and swiftly by the firm. I thought it was real nice that Rajiv himself selected applicable cases to send to me and reviewed and discussed regarding where my credentials stood relative to other cases. He offered his frank suggestions on how to further strengthen my case. Moreso I felt extremely comfortable talking to him.
I had a conference call with Mr. Khanna. I from India and have done my PhD. I was interested in filing for Green card through EB1 or NIW category. However, after looking at my CV he advised me that my case is not strong enough for either of the two. He said that whether I get the green card or not the lawyer will get paid, so I should be careful in selecting a category to file my green card under. This honesty really impressed me about him. I will take more legal advise before reaching a conclusion but at least Mr. Khanna was honest enough to give me his frank opinion and not take me for a ride as I have read about other attorneys / law firms. Thank you Mr. Khanna for your time !
Received greencard through Eb1-b category in exactly 5 months. Diane did an impressive job in putting together the application packet in a quick and timely manner. Guidance from Rajiv was thorough. Overall, extremely pleased with the customer service of this lawfirm.
We filed an EB-1, Outstanding Researcher petition premium processing for the beneficiary who qualified based on her extraordinary contributions in applied sciences. Her substantial and highly innovative contributions paved the way for commercial manufacturing of flexible displays by major, well-known display manufacturing companies. The beneficiary’s commercialized research was well documented. She has over eight years of research experience in the nanotechnology field producing a multitude of patents.
I have been in DC for 2.5 years now and spoken to many lawyers when it came to retaining services for immigration needs. In every interaction I have had with Rajiv's office, I was most impressed their honesty and no-nonsense attitude. Having dealt with some pretty bad lawyers who were more concerned about $$ than the interests of the client, dealing with Rajiv's firm was a breath of fresh air. I cannot say enough good things about Diane, my case manager. She really has been beyond fantastic. The most important thing for me was timely feedback, and in that regard, Diane was exceptional. I never ever had to ask as to what was going on with my application, b/c she was one step ahead in telling me. I wish I could send more positive comments about her, but I cant, simply because I do not believe it does her professionalism, her demeanor or her experience justice. Overall, a great experience (and one that only took 2.5 months for the GC ! ! !)
I got my Passports stamped in San Diego, CA with my I-485 approval notice. The whole GC process through your offices was a REAL PLEASANT experience. I would like to thank all of your team members. In particular, I would like to mention the DILIGENCE and PREOFESSIONALISM of Diane Lombardo, in praise of which I apologize, as I am unable to get the RIGHT words. I ENVY you and your staff's CARE, PUNCTUALITY, CONCERN and UNDERSTANDING. The immigration forum http://forums.immigration.com is a NOVEL and WONDERFUL idea. You have once again proven your INNOVATIVENESS. Thanks a lot to you Mr. Khanna and your PROFESSIONAL team. Friends, if you need to get the job done right, hire Mr. Khanna. May GOD bless you and your TEAM with the BEST of the WISHES so that a LOT many souls like us, can see their DREAMS come TRUE. I am eagerly looking forward to working with you in the future. Thanks, Pallab Datta.
We have won a case for a Ph.D. in Immunology for EB1, Outstanding Researcher following an elaborate Request for Evidence. The applicant had extensive research experience in the following areas: Pathology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Immunology. USCIS requested additional documentary evidence to support the initial evidence that the applicant qualified based on his acting as judge of others’ work, numerous publications with accompanying citations as well as substantial evidence of “original” scientific contributions.
I am really glad to have Rajiv as my attorney. It really helped me to get my card within 9 months. Diane is extremely fast and made my job very easy.
My family did receive the green card through the extra ordinary ability (EB1) category. We have no words to say for the inspiring, exciting and excellent work done by Rajiv and Diane through the entire process. It took just about 8 months to receive the green card. In each and every step, we met many times through the conference calls with Rajiv and Diane and they explained the process clearly and precisely. Of course, we felt always that someone from our own family guiding us in the entire GC process.
I highly recommend reader's of this testimonial to consult Mr. Khanna's immigration experts for any immigration related legal issues at any time. You will be certainly pleased to find such a great friendly group of people that are well prepared to provide you the service you deserve. I really wondered sometimes that how Rajiv and Diane find time to respond quickly for an individual in addition to deal with the other clients. Dear Rajiv and Diane, our prayers to your whole team for your selfless service to us. In future, any of Rajiv's clients who wants to apply under extraordinary ability can reach me to share my experience.
I had an accident and am on disability while my green card adjustment of status application ( form I-485 ) has been pending for over 4 years. My I-140 had been approved about 5 years back but my case has been caught up in the visa backlogs at USCIS and Department of State. I wanted to know if there was any provision for help in the immigration laws, in case I am sent for long term disability or my employment is terminated before I receive my green card. I learnt that employment and disability are subjects to be discussed with a benefits or employment attorney. The only immigration benefits are via AC 21 or via a private bill. Also, that one should not loose the advance parole anytime while the AOS is pending. I want to thank Mr. Rajiv Khanna for his generosity with time and expert guidance. Over the phone I found him to have a very pleasant personality. he had me feel comfortable and didnt seem money minded at all.
