EB2 Green Card

Thanks for your team's excellent work in helping me get my EB2 Green card. I have always had quick and to the point answers to all my queries from you as well as Rita/Sheena. I especially wanted to mention the extra effort put in by your firm to have my case filed in time on July 2nd 07 as well as the time spent in reconciling my two different priority dates. I and my wife received our green card in August 2008. We started the process in November 2005 with Rajiv Khanna as our attorney. He and his team have helped us at every point in the whole process and they were always there for us to help out. I must mention here that the paperwork done was been perfect and I had no RFE and this has substantially reduced the total time of the lengthy process. Law offices of Rajiv Khanna did a good job in getting my labor approved. My special thanks to Richa and Suman My case is EB2 with masters. But, I got masters after joining the company. Attorneys has provided good instructions on how to get promotion on to a position requiring masters etc. It worked very well and the documentation is really good. Response to the client is quick. I recently received a GC for me and my wife filed in the employment based EB2 category. The office of Rajiv S Khanna was extremely professional and responsive and the process went really smooth. Received a RFE at the I-485 stage which was handled in a timely manner with all relevent documents by the law firm. I am very much impressed with the professionalism of Richa Narang, one of Mr Khanna's staffers. She was very patient and worked very hard to complete all the forms and putting the supporting documents together before filing with USCIS. I used the services of Mr Khanna's firm to file for Green Card through labor certification (EB2 Non-RIR) in Oct' 2003. In Jan' 2007 the Department of Labor came back asking us to convert non-RIR to a RIR application. Mr Khanna's firm supported me with documentation, news paper ad details and answers to lots of my queries. The RIR application was mailed on 03/29/2007 and I received a notice from US Department of Labor on 04/26/2007 that my labor has been Certified. Hi ALL It took me sometime to write this comment, because it was hard to find the words to express my admiration and satisfaction with this winning Law office, especially my Case Team (Amrita and Seema). I come from a background that I had few failures with other offices; Needless to say, I lost both Money and Time. When I moved my case to this office, I thought it was a little more Money than I paid before. Also, the process seemed a little slow, because my Case Managers was very careful and cautious about every detail. They always said, we look at the long term implications, not to have you pass the PERM and fail in the next steps. Frankly, I felt bad sometimes because of the time spent to get everything perfect. Here come the surprise, when they finally submitted my case, I got approved within 72 Hours. it was obviously shocking unbelievable surprise. This result made appreciate they way the case was prepared and the time spent. That being said, this office worth every penny paid and more.
