Paid Consultations
People Represented by Other Lawyers
We will charge those people or organizations who are currently represented by other lawyers and are calling us because:
* They need a second opinion
* They need information, which their own lawyers are unwilling or unable to provide.
* As we are often told, their own lawyers are "Too busy"
Special Cases
Ordinarily, we do not charge consultation from people who are not represented by other lawyers. But we do reserve the right to require paid consultation if we are asked information that we do not currently possess readily or if the answers will take too long for us to provide. In any event, we do not charge consultation fees without first informing you and obtaining your consent. If you call us, and you are not specifically told that this will be a paid consultation, there is, of course, no charge.
How To Set Up A Paid Phone Consultation
Please email us using this "Contact Form". Explain your situation and questions in detail. Also include your phone numbers, and the times (between 9-5 Eastern Standard Time please) when we can reach you. After we receive your email, we will assess your situation and give you an estimate of the time/cost for the consultation.
Payment
After you receive a quote from us, you can express deliver (Federal Express/UPS or such other service) a check for the amount requested, made out to "Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, PC." Our office address and phone number is provided at the top of this page. If you are calling from a country other than U.S., please enclose an additional amount of $75.00 for international calling. You can also pay using your credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
