Change of status means converting from one temporary status to another within USA (Adjustment of Status is the technical term for change of status from temporary visa to green card within the USA)
I have been working with Prerna and Mr. Khanna for several months now to convert my EB3 to EB2. They have been very responsive each time and I really appreciate that when it comes to big firms. In the past, my trouble with other firms were with responsiveness. I would give 5 out of 5.
Thank you Mr.Khanna and Team for clearing my questions on expired I-94 and AOS.Speaking to you gave confidence & helped us to make the travel plans. Appreciate your knowledge on immigation issues and thanks once again for your time ! -sharath
For immigration need, so far I have got prompt help whenever I ask for. Thank you very much Heather, Mark and Attorney Rajiv.
Rajiv has been of incredible help to me for the last few years. I'd applied for the 485 Adjustment of Status and it looked like I'd be stuck in the queue for years before my greencard arrived. So, as I thought about my career, I decided to go back to school for a Ph.D. However, I was told by most everyone that getting an F-1 visa to go back to school would be very difficult. Rajiv gave me excellent advice to still go ahead and apply for the F-1 -- I ended up getting it with no trouble whatsoever. As the years went by, I then ended up getting the greencard as well -- Rajiv has been really helpful in letting me know the specific requirements (in terms of the job classifications, travel etc) related to obtaining permanent residency. I have been following his advice and I have been really pleased -- he's been absolutely accurate in all of his advice and I'm certainly counting on him in times to come as well.
Hi, My experience with 'Law office of Rajiv S. Khanna' was very satisfying so far related to my EB2 Green card. I made a point to write this on the service provided so far by their employee Mark for process my AOS. He was very prompt and efficient during the process of filing, I sincerely appreciate his professionalism and the same for the Law firm. Thank you.
I had an accident and am on disability while my green card adjustment of status application ( form I-485 ) has been pending for over 4 years. My I-140 had been approved about 5 years back but my case has been caught up in the visa backlogs at USCIS and Department of State. I wanted to know if there was any provision for help in the immigration laws, in case I am sent for long term disability or my employment is terminated before I receive my green card. I learnt that employment and disability are subjects to be discussed with a benefits or employment attorney. The only immigration benefits are via AC 21 or via a private bill. Also, that one should not loose the advance parole anytime while the AOS is pending. I want to thank Mr. Rajiv Khanna for his generosity with time and expert guidance. Over the phone I found him to have a very pleasant personality. he had me feel comfortable and didnt seem money minded at all.
Thanks a lot for all your efforts in helping me get to this stage in my immigration journey. Me and my spouse received our green cards last weekend. The journey started back in 2006. I have had a totally professional experience with Rajiv's team. Hope I did not miss anyone who has helped me in this journey. I would like to sincerely thank Pramita, Vani, Mathew, Rita, Bharathi and above all Rajiv for all your efforts. My special thanks to Prerna Mehta for answering all my queries patiently for the last 4 years.

Her response time is very qucik. She applied Labor Certification, I-140, 485 and EAD Renewals. She is quite friendly and good going to work with.
